i tried 55lbs of Maxim touch on my 4d200-16x19 (95sqin), didn't like it coz it was too mushy. gonna crank it up to 60lbs on my next restring.

my new setup is big ace/syn gut titan@58/60. plays alot better compared to syn gut titan@55lbs; it was crispy and not as harsh as a full bed poly. both of this setup is on my 4d100 (90sqin).

different ppl different level of crisp and playability bro.......i think u need to have trial and error tension test.......u can follow inv and start at 55lbs then crank it up or down depending on your own feel, only then u will know what is best for u.

get some cheap multi to test it, once u find a tension that suits u, only then use ur common multi at that tension and retest. this will save u some money, time and less confusion in adaptability as compared to those who wait till it snap only change other tension:) good luck.

ic, swimming need to allocate a time, but playing dumbbell can be done anytime. even when u're watching tv, still can do it.

when we were in a correct position to return the ball, then i think this the muscle were help to perform a powerful drive. which muscle help for both forehand and backhand?
