i do hard reset and i formated my phone,, but original sound sms/alarm etc, all gone,, how to get back?

I can install Ovi Maps in N82, but no free Navigation license.

I thought they are always with the phone?

This is weird...
Maybe those file are inside the memory card...

Just try to personalize the message tones and all should be there. Otherwise, just reinstall the firmware.

by the way, does anybody have any problem after updating the firmware? my phone doesn't ring when a new message comes in. even the 'new message' message doesn't pop up anymore

tat happened to my fren when she had too many messages. Not sure whether tat can help u.

i have like 3k++ messages, and after i've deleted them, the problem seems to be gone now

last time i encountered tis problem
after reset, my msg gone, problem solved
now there is less than 20 msg in m phone

after this, i think i should take deleting messages as a habit then

My smses usually accumulate more than hundreds in many Nokia phone models. Never faced this problem before.

I also facing this problem. Just off the phone and on back I think it will back to normal.....

You should update the phone application through the PC always. Last time, I update the Ovi Maps voice guidance with my Nokia 5800, suddenly the internet DC and it causes my entire handphone cannot go online using any browser.

RM50 for the NCC to fix it.

dwlding OTA also can one la. If dc, dwld not completed, so it won't install. Or that is how it should be like in normal conditions,

lmao. Shud have told me ur number of messages. My fren tat time had 2500 messages on her e72.. Tat's why notification stop working lol.

Cannot install is not the issue. The issue is that after the disconnection, it make my phone cannot go online at all. That is the problem. The NCC say that it is better to install from the computer actually.

is layar app compatible to nokia x6?

Then, always update the stuff from the computer ya. When updating the firmware, please plug in the battery into the laptop to prevent any power failure that might brick the phone.
