Nope, so far so good. Been used it for 2months.

turn off your phone, then hold this 3 button together (GREEN CALL/RED END/CAMERA).
while holding those 3 buttons, switch on your phone. do hold that 3 buttons until Nokia show up.
your phone should start up with Country selection menu...
