Yeah, Nice looking case.

I saw one of this at the last PC-Fair in December 05. I remember vaguely that it was DICOTA and was more than RM100. The promotional poster was a picture of a lappie inside the case and a brick dropping onto it from a few feet up in the air.

Well you can't get the exact same color as the pic but the Urban Cammo design like this from either NIKE SHOP or AL-IKHSAN.



There is another design with engravings on the shell part but I can't find any pics of it.

Yeah, the RM700+ EPIC is maroon,beige and greyish in color with some laser engravings in black. A sight to behold in my opinion.

Yeah in the STATES you can design your own EPIC. Thats Cool....Normal NIKE EPIC Is around RM500 here.

Looks heavily padded. Care to share how much? Hows the volume inside? Looks like it has adjustable volume like NIKE BioKNX bags.

Quite unique material from the pic. And the design is more serious and not too flashy like some others.

Yes. This backpack is designed for notebook. But you can't get this color in Malaysia only 2 types are available here. Urband Cammo(Army colours) is going for between RM480 - RM599 and the other colour(Maroon/Milk with laser etchings) is for around RM 650 - RM749.

Nike Epic is cheaper in America and the colour can be customised yourself if you order it from their website. Im not sure whether they will ship here or not? EBAY has a few units I guess. The science of weight management is also different from the ones we get here but the overall look and the interior is the same.

Get at NIKE SHOP or AL-IKHSAN..

No pic to show ler. All I know is its damn cool. about being limited im not sure but a few ppl already reported not seeing it in the shops. I've also seen them dissapreaing from the shelves of AL-Ikhsan...Those who want them have to now pay slighty higher at NIKE SHOP.

Places I last saw the 2 different types of EPIC are AL-IKHSAN at BB Plaza, Nike Shop Midvalley,Nike shop Subang Parade and Nike Shop Genting Highlands.

Wah US$99 is damn cheap lar. If you can get the NIKE ID version, go ask ur gf cousin to help you customize it then bring it back from US. Here cheapest also close to RM470 But I think those already sold out(Urban Cammo color) at AL-Ikhsan. Nike Shop might be selling it a bit more expensive but I think that might be the only option left. Go scout around the Al-iksan stores....

I seriously don't think your GF's cousin can bring back more than 1 EPIC. I've asked my mates to bring back paris of shoes and thats already proving to be a problem as every extra kg will cost them....

yeah...then it should be alright.....I think quite worth it.... ,I missed my chance of getting an ID Version. Looks like maybe end of this year or next year when Im hunting for a new bag.... I hope my EPIC will last till 2008

How does Nike Epic speed look like? Like the NIKE Epic Graphic?

Congrats... Welcome to the shop. Never considered getting the other EPIC? The one with the laser etchings?

Anyway just to let you guys know that the EPIC here is different than the one in America. The one you get here uses a different type of BioKNX which NIKE rave so much about. Instead of getting adjustable lumbar curves for weight management(American NIKE EPIC), We get padded shoulder pads,ventilation net and hip pads for weight management instead.

This is a sample of the American NIKE EPIC(left) compared to mine(right)

In conclusion, I would have prefered to get the AMERICAN Version. Everything inside is the same and the outer shell as well. Just that I would have prefered being able to customize the lumbar curve for my aching back.

Im happy using my EPIC All these while though
