Assuming what she explained is true, ie the brother is not computer literate (heck we don't even know how old is her bro I.e this Choo here); it's possible that he is tricked into this scam ie giving password and ATM to someone. I know it sounds stupid, but anything can happen in this world.

I also believe she is trying to help as much but there's hardly anything she can do more. Else why spend time answering or cursing here. Also why give out her phone number in Singapore for other people to trace her. Anyway that just my opinion as a 3rd party observer.

Get the report uploaded somehow or another soon, else you can't blame others for suspecting you. Also as an act of faith, like others suggested, maybe not refund the full amount; ask your family to work out a refund plan - rm50 or rm100 for start.

How the hell we know who is the so called suspect, Vincent? even the "Choo Min Shen" is his friend, dunno where he lives, IC number, full name ( surname ) also dunno!!!
