Surcharge actually refers to peak rates from 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday.
7pm to 7am and Saturday and Sunday are off peak.
The full rate table can found in post#1, page 1 of this thread.

why my nitetone still not able to make call after reload for 1 hour today?

1800 11 2860 always line busy?

You bought the reload from who ? You can also call CS toll free 1800877790 for assistance.

i bought it from u last time. previously no problem.
today i try to reload to make call,
but dial the 1800 11 2860 it keep 'dooo dooo doo', line busy, not able to make call, is it nitetone stop service already??

i try to call to redtone customer service 1800 87 7790, but they seem like not understand what is nitetone all about.

You can opt for private number or show number. Once opted, the feature is irreversible.
Credit expiry is one year.

Yes, available. You can choose either CLIP or CLIR. Once chosen, it will be permanent feature.

Tested a few calls, didn't find any abnormality. Can give more specific info of the call you made ? Bad call quality can be due to many factors, for example, the call reciever is located at the weak GSM network coverage area.
