why my nitetone still not able to make call after reload for 1 hour today?

i bought it from u last time. previously no problem.
today i try to reload to make call, but dial the 1800 11 2860 it keep 'dooo dooo doo', line busy, not able to make call, is it nitetone stop service already?? i try to call to redtone customer service 1800 87 7790, but they seem like not understand what is nitetone all about. |
