The CLIP and CLIR caller id features are determined at the very first reload of Nitetone. Once customer opted one of the caller id features at the very first reload, the feature will stay permanently and there is no way to change it.

Today I called to 1 of my friend number( I already save in my phone ), but other people answer the call. Its seems like wrong number.

Is there any problem? Why this can happen?

I have a lot of call that diverted to incorrect number happen everyday.

When try to log a case by calling 1800877790 --> chose "1" for English --> chose "3" for Prepaid. But after that the IVR say " Thank for calling and goodbye." Why I not able to log the case?

Domestic calls no surcharge or peak rate.

How much is the surcharge, say calling from Malaysia to Australia, and USA?
