Today I called to 1 of my friend number( I already save in my phone ), but other people answer the call. Its seems like wrong number.
Is there any problem? Why this can happen?

I have a lot of call that diverted to incorrect number happen everyday.
When try to log a case by calling 1800877790 --> chose "1" for English --> chose "3" for Prepaid. But after that the IVR say " Thank for calling and goodbye." Why I not able to log the case?
