Yup, service and maintenance, that did ring a few bells right? That's how the usual saying goes, if you want convenience, you will have to pay.

Plus, I am sure you will be carpooling with at least 3-4 other coursemates. Such a heavy load will eventually takes it toll on your tyres. And also the engine. Also, heavier load means more petrol. You will need to spend on that more frequently as well.

If you'd ask me, I doubt with PTPTN alone you will be able to cover your personal transport expenses.

Maybe you can hunt around for coursemates who are rich enough to bring their cars to UniMAP, and you do the carpooling yourself.

BTW, me oredi at perlis. Terpaksa balik awal coz HEPA Officer ask me to join some camp at langkawi. hahaha...

Oh, now I see. UniMAP really brings the election campaign to a whole new level man. You can see faces of election candidates everywhere in Perlis. Not sure how will the owner of the faces feel.

Some of the faces even land themselves in drains and some get run over by vehicles on the road.

Anyway, what position do you wanna contest yourself in?

And by the way, what's SRC? Sorry, I left UniMAP too long, I only know SRC stands for Sports and Recreational Center.

SRC stands for Student Representative Council. English term for Majlis Perwakilan Pelajar(MPP)

My advice is that, don't go for posts which will keep you busy the whole year. In other words, don't get yourself too attached with administrative work in MPP, until you have to neglect your studies. Top posts will definitely be a no-no. If you are keen to get involved in MPP, go for those office bearer posts, or they call it, EXCO or something?

Since you are given a chance to compete, just go for it. A few extra lines in your CV will do no harm.

There are 2 type of seats. Uni seats and School seats. I think I might competing in the School seats. So, not too busy la kot.

Wah... Doesn't sound right man. Means famous people will get all the top posts? What if the famous people is not efficient? It will bring down MPP la.

Well, its a popularity contest after all. But some people do famous because of something, doesn't it???
