Got my keys recently. Sky gym, great view and nicely equip. Importantly is the maintenance and people who uses it. Definitely a prestige and classy development. Hopefully the folks who bought and whoever will be staying in are of the same standards.. Haha.

Anyway, many defects. Workmanship overall for condo sub standard.

May be will rent out first la but no time do renovation...probably after Chinese new year only do..

No house warming but can invite for bachelor party after renovate

I'll share mine post key collection. Looking forward.

Frankly, too many to share. But a few prominent issues or shall I say major problems:

1. Pipe leakages. From ceiling and walls.. My unit 4 areas.
2. Kitchen cabinet. Dirty, unaligned, moulded due to water leakages
3. Carpark lot size.
4. Overall painting and visible chips on walls.

Yours facing lake? I should have bought those units.. Awesome view and less notice pollution.

Ouch! Those things are major...especially pipe leakages from ceiling and walls. Quite bad. Hope osk will sort them asap!

wah... osk product so poor workmanship 1 ah... pipe leakage are very headache problem... pls update what have osk done on those issue

Nice on the outside shit in the inside. Workmanship in my opinion is poor. Too many defects and design fault. My main entrance I believe if pours heavily confirm all wet.
