I vote MBTL as the best condo project in cyberjaya due to the landscape, lake view and location.

Thanks Soros bro...im not dare to say that even myself is owner I would say this is a timeless design/concept project, i wont say the best but it is unique and able to differenciate itself to other projects and those project in pipeline.

only left 5 condo units available, for BUMI only 700psf, u may compare 700psf products on the market with mirage, u will notice mirage is really worth it , only 60++ villas and 400++ condos, with 12acres land.

Got 1 landed lot facing loan issue, the due date is next week, i will keep u guys posted as i know few forumer here interested on Mirage landed.

Last time i did complaint to the sales person on the plaster quality of the wall (lake/link villa). At that time they said they yet to complete the final finishing. Hope when they completed, the wall finishing will look smooth like a baby skin...

Landscape looks great! Seksan hardly fail to impress you one. Lol. Maintenance a lot of normally based on dpc/pj trade center etc works there.

Initially i thought there are only 2 pools, 1 lap pool 1 salted water pool...but my OSK prop exec fren said got 3.

finishing is quite good, my fren do all the defect checking for me already, normally she will do for her customer before she handover the keys.. good after sales service
