There is a link villa selling around 1.4mil when i bought my condo, back in June 2013

during that time landed villa only left 3-4units, all sold out within a month.

Then may need to look for sub-sale.

when i purchased that time, only have limited unit, lake view 3bedroom unit is too exp for me....this is not my only prop...

with my available bullets, i bought a 2+1unit non lake facing around 700++K

the 1.4mil link villa is really worth it...but beyond my affordability...

Summerglades ar... i not sure le...the subsale is around 1.1Mil-1.3mil.

If u ask me, i think the characteristic of summerglade is not strong lo...the selling point is super low density, but the landscape is not as nice as the demo video...developer should take k and upgrade the facilities and landscape...many rich buyer might top up to invest in fine products like SEG or Symphony, even for own stay.

Going to move in cyberjaya? Not sure the sale respond for Mydiva and Trillum in PLE.

ppl who can afford luxury landed house, dont mind to pay more for good quality stuff, somemore it is HOME...thats why i said this summerglades is stuck in the middle product

I think ppl who is paying Rm1mil+ for their house will expect something diff like nice landscape, club house facilities etc. SG is positioned just slightly above the conventional link house. The maintenance fee - paying Rm 500 or Rm 1k a month don't think it's really big concern for landed million dollar house owner especially RM is really low value nowadays.
