I just got the update from MBTL office,
Phase 1 estimated completion date is Q3 2014 (The initial forecast is June 2014) Phase 2 estimated is still June 2015. Both Phase 1 & 2 consists on Villas and Condo.  |

Progress view from outside the view from highway is nicer, can see the entire block is up, but i cant stop my car there...dangerous...haha
