Anyone here where to get this Swing Arm with cabinet hidden inside.

If place the sofa exactly to the TV center, will it block the left room door?

Hi, just want to check as i planned to make TV cabinet. What will be commonly items included when asking contractor to do built-in TV cabinet?

- Is the TV rack included or i need to buy 1 myself? mine is standard 42" TV. and how much is the cost normally? standard or decent one will do.

- The plug points. Should it exposed (hack and put it on the cabinet) or those will create and eyesore? should be hidden? (either at the back of the cabinet or in the console drawer).

- Mine is apartment and floor to ceiling is around 9ft tall. Should I build all the way until the ceiling or partially (rectangular share of cabinet)? which one is much more beautiful?

- Say if i want LED lighting left and right of the cabinet for this 9ft tall. How much should i expect the cost would be? with and without.

- any other thing should i overlooked or take consideration?

TV rack buy by you. You can get it at any electrical shop, tell the sales man your TV is 42", he will suggest you.

plug point can be move inside cabinet (TV Panel). If you don't have TV Panel, contractor mostly will help u move to void/drawer for TV Console. Of cause, moving cost of moving plug point will charge into your bill

build until ceiling height or not should depend on your design and actual site condition, such as the length of wall, the distance from the wall to your sofa.

if wanna add LED, you can buy it yourself or ask the contractor buy from you. China brand or branded price range is very big differences. Need to add on wiring cost to pull wire also.

Wait a minute.... if you were to swing the TV out, wouldn't you yank the power cable & HDMI cable out as well?

this is following instruction from the Owner, actual TV Point is opposite the current TV cabinet position.
However, right beside the original TV cabinet is a build in kitchen cabinet from Developer.
Client don't want to see his kitchen cabinet when watching TV, that's why he request to shift to position.
Even the TV Cabinet install on its original TV Cabinet, he can't big big sofa as sofa might block the door also

you can have this kind TV cabinet design also. TV Panel doesn't up to ceiling height.

Which design nice u referring to? Mine or the one u attached? For my one, can u give some rough estimation range? Around how much? Othe4s are welcome to share their thought and price too..
