Dzaman is better in term of size eventho smaller bu, but the question is how much more u willing to spend on a bigger land area but smaller built-up house.

hey, i saw the workers clearing off the land in front of warisan, between the semi d & bunglow, any idea what's that??? also saw a few storey building not far away opposite to sazean near the jln pandamar.

anyone hv idea what is the development next to sazean biz park??? i saw they clearing land and the board show that it's wct project... but the wording is too small for me to read when i pass thru

agree with kohtt. the land i saw is actually the "??" which is now in clearing process. i also interested to know where is KPJ land and when the construction will begin.

In fact , roads in Warisan seems clear. Just that the front pagar guard where there is a big hole due to constuction in Dzaman, water is accumulating.
Hope they can fix up this hole as soon as possible.

Yup,the the land facing jln langat. It's a good location for fast food chain judging from the traffic, those from banting & parkland all pass thru there.
