i already start to pay to the bank..but only the progressive interest (i ask the bank myself, this is what they told me)..not so much..only RM49 for this month..maybe the mortgage start when they hand over the key to us...

maybe different bank make different things..not all bank have same loan packages...

Just pass by bayuemas this evening..one of the warisan owner already done some renovation..feel happy for them..

Too many charges..try to compare with fine@compound if we didnt apply for those license..maybe can save a few hundred....

Tong sampah for rm600..maybe can call some lorry services to clear out the renovation leftover material for less cash spend...

For the wood flooring the contractor said they hv to call specialist. Others defect they will do by turn.

Not sure how long if they do by turn. I go take a look at other house, 3 person do the repair job so I estimate my house defect one or two day maybe can finish (not including wood flooring).

mine got hairline crack, missing tiles, broken tiles, wood flooring,water mark at lower bathroom ceiling, sliding door hard to lock..maybe got other defect..need to inspect more detail..hope other owner can share their defect too...
