No, I don't think the G400 can do so. Only the Performance mouse MX or the anywhere mouse can do so. Look for "Darkfield Technology"

Just recently received my Logitech G400 and G105, love the mouse. But still getting use to the keyboard, because of the G keys, my usual hand placement at the end of the keyboard now always makes me hit the G1 key whenever I want to press ESC key.... sweat.gif

THE QUICK BROWN FOX UMPS OVER THE LAZY DOG

Looks like my G105 almost pass the 'double shift press' test. Just missing the 'J'. (Hold both SHIFT keys and type in the "the quick brown fox..." sentence.) Anyone tried this test with the keyboards?

it's a good KB to use, took some time getting used to the extra length but the macros are very useful particularly for the RPG games and the software is well implemented, LCD Screen is somewhat limited but is a good addition, have Aodio & Mic jacks but sadly it doesn't have a USB passthrough, multicoloured backlighting is good but not as bright as the Razer offerings, keys are ok, feedback is good considering it is a membrane keyboard

I have no problems with the input response across a myriad of games from FPS, RTS, RPG, MMO and typing is good, comfort wise is ok ok I guess, I prefer to use it without the wrist rest but it might be different for others

Their too quite slow in bringing in their products. A lot of potential customers might go away because of this.

what else is new in malaysia - always the last in bringing the latest product. I think we received most of the new products months or a year after they were launched / released elsewhere in the world.

I was interested in the g710+ (and i thought i could overlook the fact that its cherry mx brown and not blue since i liked the design) before but after looking at the waiting period, i went and ordered max keyboard nighthawk x7.

At least logitech singapore could give me an ETA. logitech malaysia thru' their facebook just couldnot give me anything.

Initially i was thinking of ordering it from amazon thru' the service provided by the members here in lowyat but then no point of wasting money on one since eventually its going to land in singapore and malaysia. So might as well order something different and the nighthawk x7 didnot disappoint.

now im looking for the k810 bluetooth keyboard but so far no news at all too

Hi guys. I plan to pull the trigger on the G400 mouse, i would like to know is there a good mouse pad that would support the G400 to maximize the performance?
Using for gaming and photo editing purposes.

True , was almost tempted to get the Razer BWU stealth but thinking about the quality. nahh. Would still wait for the G710+ , only "flaw" is the minor shiny surface it has.

Well , any mousepad will be just fine, and speaking of Razer , i'm currently using Razer Destructor hard mousepad the first and old version. It tracks great with my G9X and doesn't really kill my mouse feet as many claimed with hard mousepads.

I was using the first generation of BWU with cherry blue mx since the time it was first available. Recently it started to give me some problems. Anyway, the nighthawk x7 is using the same type of switch but somehow, it feels different, keys feel more solid and firm when pressed.

Anyway, i think all mousepads will do. However, stay away from razer ironclad. The coating came off after 2 months. I think the older razer products were way better. I used to be a fan or razer but i replaced all my razer products except the mako which is still great since day 1.
