Nope, you can only set the macro to the M-keys at the side so if you want the E+A+f (for example) it'll have to be set at the side

thanks..bought g510 last week..had a few problem with it though.

1. headphone jack at keyboard doesnt work. maybe because lack of power? the keyboard lcd flickers when i jack in my headphone.

2. media player button..those button doesnt work with my winamp. it work with my itunes though. plus the media button doesnt work with winamp/itunes when im playing games..i like to change with a button push without getting back to desktop.

any solution?

just got my g510 sunday from lingloong
quite disappointed with the dim backlit but overall still great

1) mine works flawlessly, ensure that the mic mute button on the KB is not accidentally pressed, if problem still persists then get it replaced.. its not the KB LED, the KB will restart itself whenever a headphone and/or mic is jacked in so that the on-board soundcard can take over from the PC sound module

2) Dodn't try the buttons with games running but yes the media buttons doesn't work with every players out there

ic..ive tried it with my headphone and earphone just now.
doesnt work well with my headphone, sometime work sometime not...but all good with my earphone..

well some shops offer 1 to 1 swap on peripherals if its faulty, Viewnet does that so better just get it replaced ASAP

Ya, before g510 im using sidewinder x4 also always press the macro but not esc, now get used with x4 and change to g510 also no problem d

whats your laptop model?? cause it may have a slightly more superior sound card compared to the one integrated into the G510

Don't think so, u will need the USB port to plug in the unifying receiver.. maybe wll work if you have the USB adaptor??

i not using USB adaptor at all.I direct plugged into usb port.

anyway I don't know what is going on with your set but sound systems by azalia (your lappy's built in sound) is pretty well-known... not sure what card is in the G510 though.. wish I could help
