Where to RMA logitech keyboard which over 1 year ? sending to logitech distributor ?
I call to this place but no one answer.Old thread https://forum.lowyat.net/topic/752107

Where did you purchase yours from? Some retailers will directly do the RMA process for you though it usually takes a bit longer.

Sometimes while the product is from the same brand, certain countries have multiple official distributor bringing different range of product in. I remembered most Logitech products should contain a sticker detailing the official distributor address and contact should try checking your product packaging.

retailer only cover 1 year free rma shipping else will charge for extra > RM 50 which my mouse only cost less than that.
It's more than 1 year.

So which distributor takes on logitech rma ? why no one know at all ? been asking for long time ago.

I'm a G300 user, just bought my mouse less than half a year ago for RM69. Now I'm experiencing issues (although not as bad) like my previous Logitech normal optical mouse. Whenever I click once, it clicks twice instead! When I highlight some text, sometimes it might get cancelled halfway. Should I claim for warranty??

hello guys! im now stucked choosing whether the g400 g500 or g700 or the razer imperator( altho this is a logitech thread).. FYI i'm currently using a da be.. and i hate the shape... i cant grip it well! its uncomfortable.. so im looking mouses that has shapes like the g400 g500 and g700

i've heard MAJOR sensor issues bout the g500 and the, scrolling wheels? is that true? it sure looks like a decent mouse!

and the g400, i've heard that the sensor will jitter real bad when reaching more than 800DPI ( i normally use 3k DPI)

g700 looks decent, havent did any researches about it yet tho!

I normally only play dota 2 and sometimes FPS.. prefer a mouse that is not too heavy and can grip it well and also sensor that wont have trouble! :-)

Maybe you should do more research on those that you're interested in , you won't get much info here since this thread isn't very active. G700 might be a little expensive but it's a "hybrid" mouse , you can either use it wired or wireless. But the ergonomics of the mouse looks pretty good!

Again , research more on it and then find shops that have demo units available to try out.

I am in a dilemma, which one is good whether Performance M950 or G700.
I am gonna use it in AutoCAD, Photoshop and for some gaming.
Can anyone recommend which one should i choose?

Which is your priority? if the CAD and PS use is more than gaming then the M950 is probably a safer bet

erm.. the G230 has an in-line mic mute switch so it doesn't mute when it's flipped up

Logitech is one of my favourite brand when it comes into headset, webcam, mouse and keyboard.

Speaker wise I believe Logitech still need to improve.
