Disdvantage
1) Leasehold (I am not too sure whether Z and Max are freehold projects or not.

From the take up rate situation, this project is selling like a hot cake.

Yes, Z residence is freehold.

there's an oversupply of condo there so rental rate will be poor.

with km1, km2, twin ark, skyluxe, it will get worse .

in terms of location, kiara residence is better than list above.
