Not completely accurate as well. Security and building/facilities management will be much better. It is always easier to manage a smaller group of residents than a larger group. Security wise will be tighter as visitors are lesser as well. As for building/facilities preservation, management is easier to maintain it. Bukit OUG is a good example.

Start to advertise Kiara Phase 2 already and with 6 tiers security haha . It seems like all units are still partially furnished, same as Kiara.

The SA only mentioned the signing of S&P can be done next month but never specify any dates. It seems quite hard to get the AP for projects around that area. Z residence has not gotten theirs as well.

According to the SA, the delay of getting the AP will affect the launching date of Kiara 2 as well.

The hoohaa created lately in the news, will it affect Kiara S&P signing? Hopefully it is resolved peacefully before the S&P signing.

Any further news on the complaint filed by Bukit OUG condo regarding the site clearing? That can be a show stopper if it is not resolved peacefully.

I have a couple of friends receiving calls from the developer stating the S&P is ready for signing and will arrange a session for the signing. But has the complaint filed by the Bukit OUG residents being resolved?

Finally someone from LYN forum has been called for S&P signing. But the Bukit OUG condo complaint sounds worrying as long as it is not being resolved though the complaint is targeting the lot beside Kiara.

Does not sound good. Furthermore, Kiara 2 was postponed. Hopefully this developer is reliable.
