aiyooo doh.gif doh.gif doh.gif

that day sent my D7000 back to nikon coz of stuck shutter and mirror. today went to collect back...they said replaced shutter unit and aperture controller. after test a while, notice got few specks of dust on the sensor. ask them to clean then after that i test again....realize no beep. check the settings, still no beep. so the counter staff went back in and after a while came out and say have to send back again. =.=

WHY SO LOUSY WANNN???? mad.gif mad.gif something that was working now not working already. make things worse man!

the on focus beep i think
*
yeap...that's right.

Added on January 6, 2011, 7:45 pmaww mann...now i got a feeling that they let some noobs or keh leh feh to do my cam. didnt assemble back properly. the beep is probably coz something came out inside or they broke the wire or the solder la.

what if they made something else loose and my cam will be less resistant to some light impacts???????? mad.gif mad.gif mad.gif so not in the mood now! mad.gif

u mean beep when focusing?
it is there in option menu.
named Beep > On/Off
*
u're talking to me? if you are, then I've checked the options already. checked quiet mode, checked options, checked AF mode.

QUOTE(elainor @ Jan 6 2011, 10:11 PM)
seriously still cant find how to activate the beep sound...

but then if dont have the "beep" sound sounds more pro rite hehe
*
for my d7000, it's in the custom menus. got beep better. then u'll know when it locks. sometimes u miss the lines inside flashing in red.

the beep also good so u can hear then immediately quickly recompose.

xs pro user here... worth the bucks imo!!

hey fisherman10 mind to share where to get the focus chart?? need to test it out whether got issues or not thanks!
*
the focus chart can find online. focus chart is to test whether your lens backfocus or front focus or not. http://tinyurl.com/3758bzb

the beep sound u can hear when u choosing the volume or high/low at your menus there. try to AF on something. can hear beep beep right? means your beeper working lor.

when taking group pic, best if u can burst few shots like 2 or 3. increases your chances of avoiding sleeping folks

I should took more tho, just took 2 and another 1 is worst..

Think there are a lots of problem with the photo, mind to teach me what should I done with this situation?
*
one thing u can do is maybe take away the chairs right in front of your camera. and in that pic, it looks a bit underexposed to me. probably can boost the exposure a bit in post. u can also use your pop-up flash but use at at very minimal power or negative flash compensation to give some fill light in the middle of the pic.

Need help. Anyone can enlighten me why i set the white balance to incandescent. The picture taken was blue rich color? I'm using D90.
*
incandescent setting is for those yellow lights like what some houses use indoors. so the cam will make the image bluer to compensate the yellowness.
