Pls be aware when you are visiting digital mall to buy a handphone. There is a stall called Netzcom, pls make sure you don't get into this black shop. One of the worker if not mistaken his name is Ray, very unethical and dishonet sales person. I just bought a handphone from him in Oct this year, Galaxy 5 and he was selling it to me at RM970, which was much more expensive than market price. It was very unfortunate that I did not aware of this until I saw it in a newspaper advertisement showing that phone recommended retail price was only RM699. My friend bought the same phone later and told me it was only RM630. She bought it 1-2 weeks away from the date I bought and I knew I got cheated. I was unhappy but could not do anything and just forgot abt it.

However, the scam did not end here. When I received my maxis hp bill, I found there was additional charges than usual. According to the itemized bill, it was stated that I have postpaid top up charges of RM10 for a stranger hp who I did not know who was this number. I called the number but he hang up the call and did not pick up the phone.
I am very sure that I never perform any postpaid top up. I checked back with Maxis centre how could this happen. They told me this could happen if I have borrowed my hp to someone or giving my simcard to someone, they could top up call rate in their hp using the codes. As I recalled, I did not borrow my hp to anyone except when I purchased the hp and the sales person, Ray helped me to set up the new phone using my simcard. I checked back my hp invoice and found out that the date and time stated in my maxis bill for the top up done was similar to the date I purchased the hp which was stated in the invoice. Apparently, Ray was the person who had done this. This was very unethical attitude and unacceptable sales service to his customer. Pls be carefull of this dishonest, unethical and greedy guy.

Pls beware of this shop - Netzcom, and the sales person called Ray. Don't be his next victim!

this is not cheating. you state that the recommended retail price is RM699. keyword: recommended
so it is the seller's right to sell at any price, and it is the customer's right to buy it or not. you always have the right to do some study/survey before you buy anything. and no seller would force anyone to buy any of his/her goods.

however, the 2nd case is really a cheating. mad.gif
will be aware next time if happen to visit that outlet. cool.gif

But chop ppl so much $$$ d still want to cheat ppl to top up !!

Maybe you can visit him again ask him to pay you back or else threaten him that you will lodge a police report.

The exact address and location of the shop as below:

NETZCOM (M) SDN BHD
KG-13, GROUND FLOOR, DIGITAL MALL,
NO 2, JALAN 14/20, SECTION 14,
PETALING JAYA.

The sales person in charge name is: Ray Cheng

I went back to the shop with the intention to feedback this to the owner of the shop.
However, I was told that the owner was not in and he will never come to the shop. I not sure if this is true.
The Ray Cheng I mentioned was not there as well and his colleagues told me he was on mc or on leave.
I have to say the person attended to us was quite ok, although this was not his fault, but he listened to our complaint, and admitted that what Ray Cheng did was not right and he will inform his boss abt this. He offered me an in car charger as compensation. I know this will not help much, but at least he did something.

While we were talking abt this case, one guy came and asking what's the issue. By looking at his dressing, I guess he was either the owner or supervisor. I told him what happened but his face showed us he did not want to bother much and immediately told us that their staff don't have this hp numbers. It looks like we came back with the wrong expectation. The boss also don't care about his employee sales ethics and the shop image, what else we can say. The boss also like that, what else you expect the staff can be good.

I think for the price issue you shouldn't blame the salesman. It was your own fault for not doing survey. Yet for the reload issue, obviously it was his wrong doing.

Oh shit... I just bought a blackberry phone from them just now. And when i reach home only i found that the packagings of all my charger and cable was already teared, All!!!
At first, I notice the earphone packaging already teared at first at the shop. So then the seller told me that it was accidentally teared by them when they do some checking at the device....
I am now felt so stupid that I did believe in what he told me...
It's late now, I reached home, and after that only I found out that all the packing inside already opened... And I don't find any good quality in those accessories that included in the box of my blackberry curve 9320.

I felt cheated...
If it's really a accident, how come the 'accident' can happen to every of the packaging?
How can an accident happens in the possibility of 100%?

I hate myself being so stupid believing in them... sad.gif

this is my experience to share....

i am so angry about this shop hence i searched google if any others had bad experience too.

i bought sumsung note from this shop 1 and half year before. on march 2012. i extended the warranty for another year. hence, my warranty should be until march 2014.

my phone had prob on july...the device could not been charged. i send it back to them on 2 august 2013...they told me will take about 3-4 weeks. Once done, they promise to call me.... its quite long...but ok...i accepted...i m not that kind of person who always chasing people...so i was waited a month...i called to them after a months without any news and update. the staff there seemed know nth...now i know they totally didnt concerned abt my phone status...after my call only follow up...their reply shocked me...they said they found my phone been opened...doubt that i sent to repair so they want to void my warranty and refuse to reply...WTFFF!!! i bought the extend warranty from this shop cost me rm115....anyone will send to other when we entitle the warranty??!! u r my warranty shop...if i repair before, is there possible i send to other to repair instead of u??!! super idiot..!! and u question me after a month !!!

of course i told them my points as above...then they only START to repair for me...this is simply unacceptable !! they said will do it asap for me…this is 2 sept 2013

again...no news for another 2 weeks...i called...they told me...the warranty company havent repair...then i asked why delay for so long...they said this is out of their control because is another warranty company to repair..PLSSS lahh....how your business function and who you outsource is non of my business...!! i bought the phone and warranty from you....u should responsible to me...stop telling me excuses...this about 16 sept 2013

story hasnt end...another 2 weeks....i called...this time the reason is....the warranty company alr done but when they do testing....still got problem and they sent back...this time they need to import the part from korea so i still have to wait...this about beginning of oct…
until now…coming mid oct…...i called every 2 or 3 days…their only reply is ” as soon as possible”…”the warranty company no update”….
This going 3rd mth…this is ridiculous isn’t it? Quarter of year…

My conclusion…this company is not honest…they service is so damn lousy!! They totally do not have any responsibility!!

Lets see…when I can get my phone back!
