Activision is still being cagey about what the next Call of Duty game will be all about but today the publisher decided to reveal the name of their next shooter title in the series. As was rumored a while back the game will be called Call of Duty: Black Ops. Developed by Treyarch the game will be released on November 9.

The official press release is still not announcing the game's setting (although online reports claim it will be a Vietnam War-era title). There's also no word if Treyarch will put in a zombie mode as they did for their last game Call of Duty: World at War. Remember the first teaser trailer is scheduled to be shown on Spike's GameTrailers TV show later tonight

AUG with Dual Mags or Extended Mags? I personally preferred DUal Mags cuz of faster reload. Extended Mags lets your spray lol.

AUG is a beast with its rapid fire rate. Started to use it more often.

My opinion,

Extended Mags: If you're using Scavenger Pro
Dual Mags: If you're using other perks, or haven't unlocked Scavenger Pro yet.

The Aug is quite hard to control sometimes, bullet flying all over the place I think the Stoner63 is even better. Anyway, tonight is a bad night for COD, all the matches are just screwed. It's just one of those days that you get pwned in any game you join, lol.

screw the dlc, no point paying more money for this game when they can't bother to put servers in ASIA outside of Japan (no, Australia is not asia and doesn't count)

Well, if you're close-mid range, the gun excels. If long range, try burst-firing dont ever spray, you wont kill.

Brother, our Internet connection gives a latency of 180-200 compared to others which are like 50-60, how to close-mid range? Before you even shoot, you're dead. Nuketown might be easier because everything is haywire but not in other maps.

The reason why I recommend dual mags for non-Scavenger Pro users is because it gives you more ammo

Bullet count (with dual mags)
Galil: 35 + 175
Commando/AK47/AUG/FAMAS: 30 + 150
FN FAL: 20 + 100

Been accused of camping (they even threaten to ban me from the server) even though I'm not.

make sure u guys backup your level each time u finish playing. my level all gone from 43 back to level 1 after the system hang when i was about to play this morning.

I think i have played on this stupid server before. Does this server ban pretty much everything, like claymore, tubes, concussion and kicks people all the time?

I don't think it's even stored locally in your PC I just re-formatted my PC and didn't back up everything but all my levels are still the same. I guess there must be a glitch on the server's end.

Seems like there are more and more cry babies server and annoying Nuketown servers. :/

played a game with my cousin this afternoon gun game on launch

On the other BO news, was playing CT last night + friends. Stumbled upon a friendly bot in second chance, so attempted to revive the fallen one, just as I crouch to revive him his pistol change to RPG and he actually fired and destroyed the attack helicopter and then revert back to second chance mode again, in a split second. Impressive.

Not forgetting the numerous occasion when I knocked a bot down to second chance while he's holding a grenade, he'll continue to throw the grenade when he hit the floor. Double impressive.

er... why tactical mask? i think that perk not so useful, and the pro perk of that is so hard to get.

Anyone can help? Bought BO a few week after release..SO FUN 50~150+ ping only almost no bullet delay but recently like 2 weeks ago it just increased and all server 250+ ping including aus...ANYONE EXPERIENCE SAME THING?

Only reason I'm not rocking TM Pro 100% of the time is the fact that I'm grinding prestiges and getting Pro unlocked every repetition gets really old really fast, TM is worthless prior to Pro.

Aussie servers are 400 to me rofl. I play in Japan servers now, if I get 200-250 then I am considered lucky SO YEAH

i try to play COD Black Ops...sometimes lag la...why?do i need to use quad cpu?or should i upgrade my RAM?or change gpu?

somehow i deleted mt config file this time..everything is kinda smooth already..but the lag is not really gone though.

Try increasing the graphics settings.

The weird thing about BO is that
the lower the graphics setting,
does not mean that your FPS will increase.

I've jacked up my graphics setting
and everything became smoother.
