On the other BO news, was playing CT last night + friends. Stumbled upon a friendly bot in second chance, so attempted to revive the fallen one, just as I crouch to revive him his pistol change to RPG and he actually fired and destroyed the attack helicopter and then revert back to second chance mode again, in a split second. Impressive.

Not forgetting the numerous occasion when I knocked a bot down to second chance while he's holding a grenade, he'll continue to throw the grenade when he hit the floor. Double impressive.

The usual 100+ ping servers now either 200+ to 300+ ping or not listed in my favorite. It's ironic that they're selling DLC when the MP is not even stable yet . . . at least in our region.

Of the 244 hours I’ve logon to BO MP, I think I’ve spent about 200+ hours in CT, because the MP is not playable. I’m getting a 4mb streamyx soon, so let’s see if that makes a difference - although we seriously doubt it don't we ;p

I'm so feeling you man, on the CT over MP thing.

I noticed something recently, suppressed sniper rifle now really can 1SK to the head and chest, wasn't so earlier this year, jolly good.

Previously, to 1SK with (my favorite) suppressed PSG-1, I'd use Scout Pro w/CZ75 @ upgraded iron sight + Nova gas to deal initial damage THEN swap to PSG-1 to deliver the silenced finishing blow.

And I think ballistic knife range = similar or greater than CoD5 bayonet range, so WTF moment everytime got stab when I thought I was outside stabbing range . . .

The closest thing to quickscope and/or railgun in BO would be sniper rifle with acog scope, considerably faster draw up time compared to the other optical scopes available for sniper rifle, that’s IMO anyway.

You can “quickscope” with non sniper rifle I guess, with Sleight of Hands pro (SoH+) as your second perk. You can quickscope LMG too ;p but it’s nothing like the good ‘ol quickscope.

Or you could forget about quickscope and go for hard scope, lead shot, slap shot and in dire times no scope. I notice BO sniper rifle scope view doesn’t bounce much if at all (ala WA2K) when you’re scope in + walk, compared to previous CoD title, one may find a good use for that.
