will they charge for the new First Strike map-pack? they better not...

that's quite good. I'm in JB using 1mbps screamyx and I have an average of 300+ ping no matter what server i join.

Added on January 24, 2011, 9:39 amTreyarch is releasing the "First Strike" Map Pack on February 1, 2011 available for download from the Xbox Live Arcade. The Map Pack includes additional maps that can be played in the Multiplayer. These maps include "Berlin Wall", "Discovery", "Kowloon" and "Stadium" and a map for the Zombie mode titled "Ascension" [74] Treyarch will also release the Map Pack a month later for PlayStation 3 and PC users. The price once released will be 15 US Dollars.

i found the australian servers to be pretty stable.
around 100 ping. But mostly Domination and HC TDM

I using 1mb but ping to Aus servers also around 120-150
quite okay la

Australian servers are definitely playable. 100-170ping
one or two even host demolitions, capturre the flag, and domination maps.

so i'm okay with that so far.
The DLC is slightly pricey, but at least it's a single payment and not monthly like MMORPGS

now i just need to convince my friends to buy so they can play with me ... hahaa
