QUOTE(OctoberFly @ Aug 6 2011, 12:53 AM) I know it's a little stupid to ask this question here. X_X My tank has plants in it and it's doing pretty well with my millions of guppies O_O. hmmm.. how come ur RM16 one finish so fast ? lolx, after u got new fish, u should acclimate them slowly for few hours, dun just throw them in I introduced my guppies first actually... plenty died before the tank was properly cycled. While it was under the process of cycling, I changed dechlorinator from the RM1 (that u get anywhere) one to the RM16 one. (LFS owner recommend one). After I use the expensive dechlorinator right... MY FISH... rarely die. Got lar u noe... 1 or 2 due to fin rot, then I'll spam medicine and others are not affected... but now the LFS moved to somewhere far already and the one near my house doesn't have the dechlorinator. I still have the RM1 bottle that I kinda reluctant to use. X_X but the RM16 one is finishing! I was wondering if I should use the cheap one or I should go and buy. I know it's like a dumb question but I don't wanna waste resources also... The RM1 bottle is still full man >< I'm just afraid that my fish will all start dying and my plants will wilt X_X for guppy, i think they will be ok with the rm1 one, just dun overdose that, and prepare the water few days earlier also try not to do water change more than 50% per week. u can consider adding black water once in a while, ur guppy will love that...but will make ur water brownish for few days... hehe This post has been edited by ciohbu: Aug 6 2011, 11:10 AM |

QUOTE(hseyrann00 @ Aug 6 2011, 04:15 AM) Edited : It's around 1.8 US Gallon, (Converted from 7Litre water) I think it was because my tank wasn't cycled that time Rough measurement : H 7.7 Inches L 9.5' W 6.9' If u really care about your fish, why not travel some distance and get a better dechlorinator. You might bring home some new fish / plant and introduce them into your tank However, the death of your fish might caused by other factors such as Filtration ? Overdose of chemical med ? You're in luck to get it for RM4.50 per tail, last time SLS selling it for RM5.00.
Anyway, where is the LFS that quote you that price. Care to share. |
