If like that they would be gaining way less profits.

Yes. Head over to XDA forums (or first page) to see a few more examples of custom roms. And, there are pros and cons on all mods, just use which one that you find it suitable for you

Just talking about the specs. If you ask me, I'll DEFINITELY flash it over to CM/homebrew. I'd flash my Wildfire to a custom ROM but I'm just fearing that it won't be powerful enough. Even now it's overclocked to 614 it lags a lot when it's being used, so I'm quite doubtful of that.
Unless HTC decides to be generous, and them being a Taiwan-based company... safe to stay at no.

Yeah, but if you wanna compare..there's always pros and cons. There's not perfect phone especially when it comes to smartphones. smile.gif

i think will official get 2.3 but need wait. cos when we get 2.2, already release 2.3. so maybe when official get 2.3 that time have 2.4.. always hav 1 version delay

I thought honeycomb is just for tablets? Even if it did come, big chances wildfire won't be listed. By that time they would be focusing more on other phones.

Even the current one can't support flash right? The new iOS 4.3.2 attracted me though, thats why.

new user, just bought my WF black from PDA expert. They updated mine to 2.2 some apps. Still very new to smart phone learning to use it.
Can any one tell me how to connect and use the GPS, (they installed me papago X5).
how do I know if my app is in SD card or phone memory?
Thank you.

Download an apps called GPS status @ market. Launch it, and wait for it to lock the satellite (make sure you're outside sweat.gif ) then after it locked, press back and on papago. There you can navigate.

Off the sound and get a ads-free version. It's better that way.

Okay guys..Just wondering, can I connect the phone to my wildfire in anyway to get internet connection?

Because WIFI is not available where I live. (hostel)

From what I've read though, the phone will not be able to connect to Ad-Hoc...
