Waist: 26 inch

Thigh: 20 inch


Target:
48kg, 36-24-36

Breakfast - N
Lunch - Half packet of nission noodle, one portion of choi sam, two piece sotong ball, one piece chocolate
Dinner- Half portion of rice, one portion of fish, one bow of soup

Workout - 1 hour yoga class, 1 hour fly wheel class

Enen- Got whistling.gif

Watch on ur diet. No breakfast and eatting too little, lack of protein.

Lunch - One bowl of carrot and chicken porridge + 1 portion of cabbage
Teatime- Apple
Dinner- Sub of the day - meatball marinara - parmesan bun cry.gif

Workout - 1 hour yoga class, 1 hour fly wheel

Enen- No

Breakfast - Overslept
Lunch - tuna in olive oil fried rice + 1 portion of lettuce
Dinner- 2 piece of dark chocolate oat crunch + spagetie with tomatoes and tuna + one small bowl of tomyam soup

Workout - One hour flex and flow class, 1hour fly wheel class (RPM)

Enen- got wub.gif

Remarks : Both meal is cook with the olive oil of the tuna

actually i am not skipping breakfast purposely

Workout - Holiday!

try to avoid fried stuff and processed food. ie, from your diet would be the sotong balls, karipaps, ice creams and maggis. keep up with the workout and you'll be fine. good source of protein would be meat, eggs, fish etc.

Thx for remind, i jz clear the stock in the refrigator , will try to reduce those processed food in my diet

first no instant noodle...throw them out of your house...no you tiao , ham jin peng, cendol , rojak . and no biscuit, cookie , cake ....other then that its fine...less rice too....lol

I think not enough workout. The Christmas feasting did not help either. You are getting closer to your deadline. I wonder if you will CNY feasting.
