Waist: 26 inch
Hips: 36.5 inch
Thigh: 20 inch


Target:
48kg, 36-24-36

Breakfast - N
Lunch - Half packet of nission noodle, one portion of choi sam, two piece sotong ball, one piece chocolate
Dinner- Half portion of rice, one portion of fish, one bow of soup

Workout - 1 hour yoga class, 1 hour fly wheel class

Enen- Got whistling.gif

Lunch - One bowl of carrot and chicken porridge + 1 portion of cabbage
Teatime- Apple
Dinner- Sub of the day - meatball marinara - parmesan bun cry.gif

Workout - 1 hour yoga class, 1 hour fly wheel

Enen- No

Breakfast - Overslept
Lunch - tuna in olive oil fried rice + 1 portion of lettuce
Dinner- 2 piece of dark chocolate oat crunch + spagetie with tomatoes and tuna + one small bowl of tomyam soup

Workout - One hour flex and flow class, 1hour fly wheel class (RPM)

Enen- got wub.gif

Remarks : Both meal is cook with the olive oil of the tuna

Dinner- 1 baby size wholemeal bun , 1 set cordon bleu - cordon bleu + corns + 4 piece wedges, 5 piece calamari ring, 1 scroop vanilla + strawberry icecream

Workout - Holiday!

Lunch - 1/2 you tiao + 1/3 ham jian peng
Teatime - 1/3 cendol, 1/3 rojak mee
Dinner- wedding dinner + red wine

Lunch - 2 portion of cabbage + 1 portion of chicken breast+ half portion of yee mee + 1 egg
Teatime - 2 dark oat crunch
Dinner- 2 portion of cabbage + 1 portion of chicken breast+ 1portion of prawn+ half portion of yee mee + 1 egg,
few piece of cottage fries, 1 piece almond chocolate

Workout - Holiday!

Breakfast - 3am - small cup of milo, 2 piece jacob biscuit, soba with tuna in olive oil
Lunch - soba with tuna in olive oil + 1 portion of lettuce
Teatime - 2 piece homemade peanut biscuit
Dinner- 1 set McDonald prosperity meal

Workout - 1 hour fly wheel class, 15min steaming
