LOL. btw how's the iOS treats u? one thing that i dont like being with android is the update for skype and yahoo messenger is way too slow. iOS already got the video calling for both, but our sgs is still non. so sad owh, haiyaa

i see. thanks for the opinion. : ) now kinda a little bit have much faith with the android OS somehow. hehehe, its just that my parents think iphone 4 have advantages in those 2 apps, so they want to swap with mine sgs for next year so i can skype anytime with them(im in overseas btw). and i dont know how to decide. lol

it does have, but its not working on our SGS. skype only calling, but still have a lots of drop calls. i'm a heavy user of skype and ym, and its really disappointing to see the apps still not updated yet for sgs. but as for the other android like Motorola Droid, i think its working.

Try switching your network to 2G(GSM), once it has been changed to GSM.
Can you switch it back to WCDMA?

I can't, and can't seem to find out why.

The only way I can switch is via debug menu.

hrmm, like this. if i flash to speedmod kan, is it the performance much better than darkky stock kernel then (example: speed,color fix etc.)? because right now i think darkyy kernel is okay for me, but i saw that from speedmod krnel got tweaks, and if enable it, the prformance boost. if the speedmod kernel is much better, i think i'll flash lah kot. tongue.gif

i just tried turning on wifi and my 3g connection right now (flash again to 7.8) and it seems fine to me. the connection for 3g is still there. smile.gif
