The easiest way is to install BlackBerry Desktop Manager, connect your phone and update from there.

im in dilemma on either buying curve 3g or pearl 3g. from what i google. pearl 3g have better camera megapixel and display pixel density.

i dont mind the numpad keypad actualy. and i already have ipod touch to browse internet when using wifi.

my bb curve 9300 3G

only few months old

no bbm just use it as a normal phone (at the time being)

recently this few days, felt the phone heating up itself, minor, not like very hot, but feel a bit warmer than usual

the battery drain so quickly... wont last a night, after i charged full and went to bed, in the morning, battery too low to receive signal

but also charge so quickly to be 100% sweat.gif

i bought original from authorised dealer

- do the battery cover in warranty in this case? i guess chances pretty low

- how much is the ori battery ? sigh.........................

Close all aps that you didn't use, eg. foursquare.
If you want to save batt more, don't on the data services when you are not using it.
Mine can last 1 and a half day using standard battery.

If you want to change to higher capacity battery, I would recommend SunGlobal 1850 MAH battery.

actually i have not started to use any apps yet

here's my solution progress

1st i turn off wifi, still no different

then i choose mobile network, only 3G (not 2G/3G option), no different

then i choose 2G only, ok.... battery life back to normal.

weird it only happen after a few months ... i have never switch telco provider or anything
