nvm now downloading both OS and desktop manager... approximate 1hr more will complete download....
so for this OS noneed use BBSAK to clean n load??? or use that one will be better???

Desktop Manager will wipe the OS for you before installing...

how long will it take for them to repair it for me? they will only change the trackpad right?

Maybe they will do it for immediately or within 1-2 days...

i tried searching for the brightstar shop to do this. where is the nearest one? KL right?

why i keep download the OS it said cannot be save de.... summore cannot resume download... need do it from start... aaaaaaaaaaa......

thanks, did not upgrade to .461 as desktop manager don't have it on yesterday, so I just leave it, upgrading BB is not like iPhone and Symbian

But I think there is an OTA update in the BlackBerry, but it always say you have the latest version

yeah same here. if there's no updates from the desktop manager i usually wont download it. its safer to just let the DM to update the phone for u.

I am surprise that DM just work out of the box, well, albeit it is very slow , worth the wait

All Official are released by RIM there are no difference between download and Desktop Version.. Just difference in method of updating...

yeah i know. some ppl just feel safer to let the DM do the updates.. cause we're not really good and downloading it ourself..deleting the vendor file etc etc..

sadly, you option is to reinstall the app again as it being wiped
