Yes that is the best solution and at the same time you can update your OS to the latest one...

quick question:
if keep on reentering wrong password to my bb for 10 times, what will happen?will it erase all my data? then could my bb be used?

Yes it will block your BlackBerry... Depends on setting inside it before... Suggest your to WIPE your OS and REINSTALL again...

yes agreed. somehow the trackpad for 9300 is not as smooth compared to 8520. others, its great. if only they improved the camera specs sweat.gif

Yes it does wipe... So is better to backup first... Including apps...

Yes man that is all about it... Backup via Desktop Manager for SMS/BBM/Email and Contact while BBSAK is to backup Apps installed...

dickson - does brighstar cover the warranty if my trackpad might be faulty? it works, but not smooth at all even though is at 7 or 8 or 9. i find it troublesome using it with my left hand. i had to use my fingertip and slide it up using my right hand.

bro~ got 1 question to ask....
at start of this thread... got 2 version... one is
Package Version: 6.0.0.1478 AsiaPB from starhub... one is Package Version: 6.0.0.1965 ori version all language... which one got chinese simplified or chinese traditional input and output leh?? coz plan to update my bb9300 as it still using v5 OS.... thanks for help~

You can try press update and see does it pop out latest version or not? If it doesn't then only you download it and install...
