since u driving 200km/h
y dont try bridgestone potenza RE001 195/50/R15 - rm255 per tire, price from muar
change to adjustable absorber, lower to 2 finger - rm1300~rm2000 depend on brand
mod ur front and rear brake to civic disk brake - <rm1k
ur car will totally look like 16" rim car and not lower ur car performance

i already archive the 1 and 2, currently looking for 3 icon_rolleyes.gif

Michelin PS3... cheaper than RE001, perform better in wet and a bit more comfort...
price for 195/50 R15 should be less than RM250... but i think RE001 is also around there...

RE001 is ok but not as good as PS3 in wet... traction rating for RE001 in wet braking is A but PS3 is AA...

well Myvi is dangerous to do all those higher speed corner... depends on your skill and setup...
Try to install Rear Stabiliser and see, it will improves the handling...

my advice is PS3... even you change to 16" u also cannot do it coz the suspension setup is not made to do these kinda corners... the ride height is too high so the center gravity is high, dangerous on high speed corners...

change one at a time... try 15" wheels and rear stabilizer setup... then you feel the difference... if not satisfy then find lowered springs to lowered ur ride...
