i cannot download apps from android market..its stuck at starting to download, but then nothing happens! what to do now?? T_T

i'm using wifi..can surf thru the web,can enter market also but when i hit download it stucks at "starting to download"

actually evrytime we download,there will be a notification rite? but i don't have any..after few hours it's still stuck at starting download..done googling and found many other users face the same problem as mine.. rclxub.gif

why does my quadrant score just around 1k - 1.2k only?
i'm using wolfie's CM 6.1.3 V051 right now..anyone??
