MRT project really make this good. But there;s another LRT station nearby right? Will there be any different?

The initial proposals for the MRT doesn't look like it passes by this development, except for Kampung Baru ( but it remains to be seen if this will actually happen and if there is any pedestrian underpass or overpass across the highway to get to the station.) But the LRT nearby is definately a plus point as it can connect to the MRT, and while MRT is still in planning, we already know that the LRT exists today.

It is still an issue as a finished product (if good) would be able to sell at higher price than an under construction product, though this is not always true nowadays anymore...

The thank you add from Sunrise does not indicate anything about phase 2 or Tower B, just that it is sold out, so either the next tower is named something else (Autumn Suites?), or they don't plan to sell it at all.

My guess is, because he didn't buy enough units of SS.....though I think its impossible...

Personally, I prefer if PV price it at 1000psf or higher....cos I can't afford anymore..... whistling.gif

Planned selling price is 1200psf actually not 1000psf! Even if they revise it downwards in light of SS prices....its still a big gain for SS investors...

Where did you get your news from? This one should be the Angkasa Raya building right? Definately will not be cheap as their land cost was very high too....
