since when does ISP pay based on bandwidth ? The bandwidth idea was actually by isp who want to control their users like what TM going to implement

Yes i label it as a crime the injustice TM is doing to punish everyone just for a few individual who abuse their line.

another example is like a few robber rob a bank but the whole neighborhood is reprimanded for investigation and punishment. You are a multinational company, your image is priority. Doing this does not improve your image seriously. What for u have management to run your promotion and services while in the back your are doing stuff making customer unhappy with you. Like wise again, your current FUP automatically handle those abuser. Then handle those abuser while the normal one is left alone. It that too much to ask or demand ? Why must until the level where even normal user have to face similar jurisdiction which is imposed on the abuser.

Another on the agenda, i read about unifi 60GB per-month and 2GB per-day usage until finish the 60GB monthly quote. I have to ask from where u get your management and IT employees ? It is from some kampung university or from oversea. Let take a simple example, you are given a monthly ration of 30kg of rice. Then the authorities ( TM ), say u can only take 1KG of rice perday until 30days instead of 30kg straight. It all green when everyone is at home and no extra ppl is included. So how when no one is at home. The 1KG of rice can just throw away ? Or when there extra guests. 1kg of rice shared ? each person only get one spoon full of rice only. Seriously have you even considered that ? Many ISP around the world, just give a monthly quote and how you you it is up to you. Extra you pay simple as that.

So TM want to be the first ISP company that implement monthly quote and a daily quote on same package ? Being 1st in good stuff is ok.. Being first in not good stuff is a huge no no.

So TM please do some justice by punishing only the criminal not everyone. You already have most of us bonded with the contract and yet we no complain. But when problem crop out, we cant just sit down and watch you do whatever you want. Surprisingly other ISP bond you for 1month to 1 year. TM is 2 years.. i dunno why.

TM just refused to increase their bandwidth when customer base is increasing instead opt to handle customer instead of international bandwidth capacity

since when we are paying and get what we pay for ? We have the highest broadband price but lowest speed Ornag at bawah malaysia get highest broadband speed at the lowest price we paying

Unifi VIP package the cap will remain and only a very slight chance they might increase the bandwidth quote. It good enough for many except the 2gb perday quote which is ridiculous and so stupid of TM management can think of such thing.

This u have to call TM and ask if biz5 can put in residential area.

oh dumb, am i not to realised that ping test DO NOT SHOW my download speed. Maybe i have mistaken the "ms" as "kbps" when i try runing trace route and ping test ! May be next time when i ping to game server at US and EU, i make sure i look carefully. But by the time i look careful i thnk a bullet is already at my head whle my screen stil showing i stil can move ! Btw having high ping does not realy affect your download, u can get >500ms bt stil getting full speed assuming thre no packet lost. The data just take a longer time to arrive bt as i mention high ping usually ascociate with massive package lost. Bt having a huge ping in game is a huge no no, then again i might be dumb not to realised that

u sure is 100k per-month for 2mbps guranteed ?
that is too much for a low speed.. last time sg.. for 2mbps guranteed u have to pay around like few k only.. not over 10k also

it best just to maintain current policy and dealt with those heavy user on user basic

again i suport FUP but not till the extend where all even normal user have to face the same punishment enforced on heavy user. Down right unfair and ridiculous. Given TM track record, their word are somehow not worth believing what they say is different in what they do,

so what now ? Believe a bunch of top executive with profit in mind than quality and improved service or.. Oh ya we have no one else to believe in except those bunch if money minded excutive

canada is a country 10X or more the size of malaysia with citizen also almost 10x OF MALAYSIAN
