hey, what's wrong you ppl? nothing to argue about as all has own standpoint. those who love customise tweak just go for android same goes to WP7 for those who prefer something simple will surely pick WP7. do remember that WP7 is still not so mature unlike android, so you guys are like comparing 3year old with 20year old. but i do believe WP7 will surely surpass android in future, see for your self how many generation of WinMo Devices before WP7.

cracked is kindda sensitive and old liao now we call sideload liao. oh, we are not allow to discuss about these Crack in public.

i never encounter this issue. yet. so maybe you should let the battery goes flat then recharge again? or charger problem?

Agreed and hoping for that...haha. Thats why I toss aside adroid as an option and get WP7. well actually a fell in love with WP7 UI graphic design.

i believe ppl would have done researches before simply buying a phone .

i assume most people would eventually do research first .

Hey guys I'm seriously considering buying a windows phone 7 but I kindda need to shed some light on a few grey are if you guys don't mind helping me out

First and foremost.

Do we Malaysian get to use the full features of windows marketplace? Or are we only allowed to download certain free apps, or even worse, not be able to download any 3rd party apps at all?

Secondly

is the bing map working well with Malaysian roads and such?

is there a zune pass for Malaysian market?

Is there anyway, at all, that I can buy a samsung omnia 7 here in Malaysia, preferably a physical shop. Not really keen on online buying.

Any recommendation for other wp7 aside from samsung omnia 7. High density pixel is a must. Boy i read my own thread and no wonder mom said I'm demanding.

4. All omnia 7 are brought in by either personal or ap company because it is not officially released here. Quite hard to find one in a shop imo. Look around in trade see if you can meet a seller and inspect the phone yourself

Other wp7 phone

htc - alot of models ( trophy, mozart and hd 7 ) to suit users need such as music, good camera and budget too =)

lg - only 1 model which is optimus 7 ( mine ) standard spec with good design and excellent screen respond ( i find htc ones too sensitive >_< )

I think thats about it. There is a way to buy stuff from marketplace which is linking your acc to singapore ( never do so... ) other forumer correct me if im wrong ok =)
