QUITE significant in games.

Other small places you'll see it happening, is in the Facebook and Twitter apps. When you drag the scroll around. HD7 will jerk and lag when it's loading thumbnails. Optimus doesn't.

yes agree. currently the fastest WP7 in the market are Omnia 7 and Lg Optimus 7. But in terms of screen, Omnia 7/Focus is definitely the winner.

I believe the difference in speed between devices has to do with the type of memory being used as well as construction of the device. In any case, all WP7 devices have improved leaps and bounds from the old WinMob days in terms of speed, stability and usabilty. No major complains so far. If there is one, maybe the Apps on market place can be cheaper!

not sure about HTC WP7, but omnia 7 with 3G turn on whole day, it can last me at least 1 1/2 or 2 days

1. Connected to Exchange
2. GMail
3. Miyowa MSN
4. normal voice and SMS usage
5. minor surfing
6. minor gaming

I own it. If no surfing/normal usage like SMS / Calling can last for 2 days max.
If playing games and surfing - 1 day.

And yeah, you can listen to zune/radio while surfing.

If I set my region to Malaysia, can I still download free applications from Marketplace?

You can't set region to Malaysia, it is not in the list. Check FAQ in my sig

Singapore is the nearest. I don't know about others, but I can purchase games/apps from the marketplace using my Credit card.

my phone is full of apps which is so much fun!

is it possible to find these paid apps from the internet and sideload them to the fon ?

cause i tried to find *.xap at 4shared got a few but i dunno if its compatible with fon or not .

the phone is unlocked or not , only can tell whether compatible or not
alot also not compatible due to no jailbreak
