So meaning a 3G Ipad need to do the settings manually?

i used Ifon b4 but the settings are auto, how come Ipad hav to do settings manually?

auto la, but if scared can do manual too. biggrin.gif
just check the apn setting there insert the code only.

i'm planning to get an ipad 2 and can i use my htc hero to wifi tether with my ipad? Does htc hero support this function?

do i need to get an additonal software for this purpose?

No problem so far for my wife's ipad which I've upgraded to 4.3. If you've this problem, one solution will be to not restore your backup. Sync your apps and the rest manually after you've successfully upgraded the iOS to the latest.

Ordered an iPad and Apple promise I will receive on 21th March. Today I phone DHL and Apple and they said item remains in warehouse because need check for radiation causes by Japan earthquake. sweat.gif

me too did not receive my ipad yet, i ordered on 16 Mar, email stated 22nd mar will arrive. wondering today can receive or not.

no stock ady last week in all machines outlet, if not i could carry away on last tuesday and start using it. haiz~hou ham fu ah keep waiting. haha

I updated my iPad 1 a couple days ago, working fine till now. No reboot/freeze, Yet *touch wood* haha..
