Plug it in the usb , and ur ipad will appear like USB thumbdrive , search it and u will find ur photos.

but my unit is jailbroken thou , not sure those who own ipad which didnt jailbreak.

wanna ask you guys, lets say i have some apps like oplayer, comic reader and etc, do i need to place my comic files, movies in respective folder in order for those apps to detect it or i can just simply ssh and put it anywhere in my ipad?

I don't know if this is the right place to ask. I have a laptop and currently use it to sync my iPhone with iTunes. Can I use the same laptop with the same iTunes installation and the same iTunes account to sync and download apps for my iPad? Or do I have to use another laptop/comp and different account?

ya, can be use same iTunes, ssame Account, same PC to download apps for ipad.
the apps will download ipad version for you, no need scare about mixing up.
some apps if dont have ipad version, it can use iphone/ipod touch version too.

i do own ipod touch 2G and ipad 1G .

you can download straight to i-device via wifi or 3G, then can sync and back in PC too. (that's means yes.)

It's depends on you whether you want to buy from independent dealer or not.
But for me, i personally prefer authorised seller because i no need afraid anything at all.

Warranty is One year after you registered thru online. For warraty issue, if you're having dead pixels (4 dead pixels) or serious defect they will exchange you a new one (or maybe refurbished). Correct me if i'm wrong
