how to check my iPad is which OS version?

If you buy U mobile's Mifi, will it be simlocked to U mobile simcard only??

Hi, just bought an ipad from MACHINE and realize that it say 'NOT CHARGING' whenever i plug into a pc. Went to a fren store to check it out and he said it might be a defect. What should i do sifus?

few weeks ago i bought an ipad wifi 16gb,
im using 3G router to made a wifi hotspot.
i connect with my laptop and ipad.
my internet connection for laptop connect well,
but connection for ipad frequently lost.
what i can do is re connect every time.
another rubbish by Apple.

No one facing the same problem like me during import of photos via camera connection kit?

I Decided to to get an iPad for my parent since the price is only 1199.

Reason is,

For my dad to read his newspaper online.
-What apps to read chinese newspaper such as 星洲日报 ? Or use safari to access ?

-For my sister(11 years old) to play education related games. Any intro ?

i wonder how this DiGi add would make sense, unless they opening tmw for pre register of interest when the iPad gets here eventually. Cause officially we are not even in the list of 24 countries

and i was wondering all this time why we are not in. is singapore in? if it's in,i might as well buy there and use here.
