QUOTE(neobita @ May 24 2011, 04:40 PM) how do you send message? viber or any other apps? I'm very noob at this... thanks If you use the mobile me service to locate your "missing" iPhone/ iPod touch / iPad / iPad 2, you will be able to track its location providing the device is connected to a wifi / 3g. by going to https://me.com/find , login with your mobileme account / apple id, you can see the device location plus send a message that will be displayed on the device screen.

Is your iPad configured for the service already? You need to enable it in your iPad first.

Is that MAC address in the router? Is the reset using OFF button + Home button? Will my data lost too after perform the reset?

By the way, click here: http://forum.lowyat.net/topic/1877357I dunno what reset they do. I thought just need to power down and power up only. Not the HOME + OFF combo. Actually can you try maps in ur ipad 2? if you can find your location in the map, then no need to do anything because your location is working. Its probably something wrong u do with Find Me apps. Depend on the wifi I think, since mine is working fine for Location at home Streamyx wifi and when I'm outside using my Nokia N8 tethering via Digi 3g. Been using maps since day 1 without any hiccups.

It is working now! The map, mobile me etc. All can find my location.
What I do is switch OFF the location service in the setting. Than OFF the ipad2 with the ON/OFF button. Slide it to OFF. Wait for 1/2hr -1hr.
Than ON it back and the location service switch to ON too. Than it work.
