anyone have any experience requesting for refund for lost parcel? made an order for about 130pund during their boxing day sales, until now haven receive anything. email them and they ask me to wait a little while and see if the parcel arrive.

Tell me about. I have lost a few parcels from Asos.com and the most recent one was end of 2014. Though a replacement has been dispatched but it is yet to be seen.

did asos just give you back the refund? or they tell you to wait a few days more and then get back to them?

Hi, my item has been in transit to destination for 2 times in a day and no progress at all for the past 2 days already. Can anyone please tell me which courier service they use to deliver in malaysia so I can call to ask? I tried calling skynet but they said they no longer deliver asos parcel. Only the skynet worldwide express is delivering it to malaysia and they switch it to another courier service once reach msia. Please tell me as I really need the item urgently. Thank you.

bought pair of shoes from asos. says on the email that it should arrive on the 26th april, but no news. ive emailed asos regarding the matter, and they said that the item is with malaysia local postal service, but i cant trace it, what should i do now.?

purchased sometime around early april, on confirmation email states that it should arrive around 26th april, emailed asos around 3rd may.
