wanted to try it myself too. but I don't really wanna oc my phone.
but on the other hand, we still can limit our phone back to 1Ghz if we use setCPU.
since lagfix can be disabled as well perhaps it's not a bad idea to try OC kernel.

anyone here got recommendations for OC kernel?

can you explain the pros and cons you're having with this kernel? and if i flash it with odin, then just leave the kernel like that to have the OC one?

Okay, I'm on Darky's 5.5 now. Restoring apps now....bye bye to Doc's for now. Might go back next time if Darky's ROM is buggy....let's see la.

Under Settings, the icons on the left are all Black and White now....in Doc's ROM they were more colourful...1st observation...

Pretty good so far. Has not yet run out of juice before I get home at 10+ pm. Anyway, I always have a fully charged spare batt in my bag, just in case.

guys ..what the apps name for displaying battery status in notification...not in bar ...someone in this forum use it...if not mistaken...crossover...too many apps..i don't remember which one..hehehe
