QUOTE(protondriver @ Jan 17 2011, 11:10 PM) Got meh ? I couldn't find it there. How much is the price? Can install without modify existing housing ? QUOTE(SothysSaleShop @ Jan 17 2011, 11:11 PM) I was about to say the same thing, bro ckk125, mind to direct us there, thanks i just pm him straight and ask for any tweeters that would fit into the housing and he told me that rockford tweeter would fit, but now the problem is that there is no holder to hold the tweeter into the housing.

QUOTE(protondriver @ Jan 17 2011, 11:21 PM) Would you mind to share the model and specification as well as pricing ? check ur pm, but the model and specs, i have yet to confirm QUOTE For the front door sash trim, two types of tweeters, the balance dome tweeter <Vehicles with 6 speakers> and soft dome tweeter <Vehicles with 9 speakers (Rockford Fosgate ® premium sound system)>, have been established. The soft dome tweeter can play clearer treble with less distortion compared to the balance dome tweeter. For the better treble, two types of front sash garnish, resin type <Vehicles with 6 speakers> and punching metal type <Rockford Fosgate ® premium sound system>, has been established. With the punching metal type, the metal has been adopted for the punching part to enlarge the punching opening, enabling the playback of cleaner treble. From overseas manual...most prob he is talking about the tweeter for the 6 speakers, but i havent confirm anything yet. This post has been edited by ckk125: Jan 17 2011, 11:29 PM

this fuse thing, i better not touch it...fuses are to protect eletronic parts from being over its power rating. imagine if 1 fuse is faulty and that is the fuse for your ECU, warranty will void and your pocket will be void as well..

QUOTE(apache_utara @ Jan 20 2011, 10:39 PM) I'm no electrical expert, but fuses are just fuses. it's there as a protection. If you have 6amperes supply, u will get slightly lower value due to resistance of wires, heat, etc. If u have lower rated fuses than the supply, it will blow. Even if you put 100ampere-rated fuse, the supply would still be at ~6amperes. *just an example* Correct me if i'm wrong guys. true, but what if there is a surge in voltage? that is the very same reason why we shouldn't leave the GPS on the car charger while starting the car(lokatoo manual) i dont know, maybe im too conservative.

QUOTE(apache_utara @ Jan 20 2011, 10:53 PM) voltage surge/drop is negligible unless u have a supercomputer in your car which is critical for you it's the current surges that is crucial for the electronics, hence the fuses. maybe because of wrong wiring, etc. about the gps on, there's a reason for it, but doubt it has anything to do with fuses. Then again, i may be wrong though. it is when you start the car, there is a sudden surge in voltage. That is why im saying that the surge, especially if the car gets older, may be too high and that is where the fuse comes into play. if not, why bother to put fuses there? and to even have a fuse box?

QUOTE(SteadyPana @ Jan 22 2011, 01:51 PM) Bundled with P1 QC and your luck dont be too happy with honda as well, dont forget that it is their fault when they put atf into cvt during the honda city days, and yet they werent replaced. and your insight is also using cvt. i also own a honda, it is just the name. gaps and rattling sound will eventually come.

QUOTE(apache_utara @ Jan 26 2011, 11:32 AM) if different drivers, depends on the foot if same driver using both cars, theoretically the 2.0 has better fc since it has more power to push the heavy car not only that, if u compare both torque curves, the 2.0 has 2 peaks..one at 2.5k rpm and another at 4.25k rpm as for the 1.8, it has 1 peak, which is at 4.25k rpm Added on January 26, 2011, 11:50 amQUOTE(SteadyPana @ Jan 26 2011, 11:44 AM) Usage of RON 95 and RON97 ?? the 4b11 can use from ron91 and above This post has been edited by ckk125: Jan 26 2011, 11:50 AM Attached thumbnail(s)

QUOTE(apache_utara @ Jan 26 2011, 12:29 PM) true.. fuel also plays a role but he asked for 1.8 & 2.0, so consider every variable same la interesting find there bro. never knew a different in CC would mean different in characteristics as well manual has better fc since less power loss in the tranny, hence u don't really need to push it more to get the same speed/acceleration as the 2.0 yea..was finding out about this while considering for either 1.8 or 2.0 End up with the 2.0 because the earlier peak comes in quite early and good for town use.

QUOTE(SothysSaleShop @ Jan 27 2011, 01:17 AM) I think he meant absorber not bumper, I think its a well known fact there is a defect in the kayaba absorber fitted on and this is a parts manufacturer problem which Proton should help us resolve it ASAP. My right side is the only one with frequent sound, on the left I have only heard it 2-3 times the most but i read the lancer's manual..they are also using kayaba absorbers

QUOTE(SothysSaleShop @ Jan 27 2011, 01:23 AM) But is it coming from the same factory? Maybe this one is made in malaysia? and the CBU is from Japan? im not too sure though, but they are using kayaba as well...perhaps a diffferent type?
