Can't ask for more from the players really. We've totally outplayed City but damn I'm gutted. We deserved at least a goal in that 1st half.

Disappointed. Same old story year in year out. Play well, dominate opponents, fail to win. That other side in Manchester plays rubbish but 3 points in the bag most of the time. doh.gif

Does the red card in BPL under the same account as FA cup?

I really hope it does as this will shorten Sagna absence in BPL.

Yes, as long as its in English Football regardless the tournament, it counts.

Team to play Leeds: Szczesny, Eboue, Squillaci, Djourou, Gibbs, Denilson, Song, Rosicky, Arshavin, Chamakh, Bendtner

With all due respect to Leeds we should be tearing them a new one considering its a pretty strong lineup but just a win will do me good. nod.gif

We didn't play that badly. But my word how horrible was the finishing. None of these players will ever come close to displacing any of those currently in the first team if this continues apart from Djourou who was by far our best player on the pitch and Song. Wasn't the best of displays by Song by his normal standards but its understandable that he may be a little knackered.
