Gunners boss Arsene Wenger is ready to throw the Pole, 20, into the firing line for his Premier League debut as No 1 stopper Lukasz Fabianski is struggling with a leg injury.


Wenger's decision will infuriate No 2 keeper Manuel Almunia, who has declared himself fit.


And, to makes matters worse for the Spaniard, who has a niggling elbow injury, Fabianski could still be on the bench ahead of him.


A friend of Almunia said: "He has become very frustrated at Arsenal this season."


Wenger, meanwhile, has warned United that Arsenal will be going for all-out attack at Old Trafford.


The Londoners are looking to tear apart United, who are unbeaten this season yet have drawn seven of their 15 Premier League matches.


Wenger said: "If you look at numbers this season, they are a team that has more draws and we win more games. That means we go there to win our game.


"We have won seven of our last nine league games and, despite setbacks at home, we have been very consistent.


"So, right now, we are in a strong position."


But Wenger was quick to play down any talk of a grudge with United chief Alex Ferguson.


The rival bosses used to be bitter enemies but their relationship has thawed over the years.


Wenger said: "There was no specific moment when it improved.


"When you both work for the LMA, for charity, you cannot say you don't speak together. We were together in Geneva for UEFA too.


"I'm not somebody who bears grudges for years."
