Launching price was below RM 410k for the 680 sf and on top of that, there were early bird rebates of at least 5%, bringing the price down to RM 380k+ thereabouts.

Good for early buyers but pity subsale buyers at rm560k and now seeing their value dropped!

To be fair, overall Eve is still a quite attractive property with internal good design and nice layout. The facilities are nice with big pool and a cool gym with comfortable and big spaces in the common area. I would say thus far the security guards are doing a decent job. From now on, its important though for owners to be selective on their tenants and ensure the management maintaining the place well with more commitment and the help from the committee members.

Management closed down the parking in b1 accessing lobby 2 and 3. Those who Park at b1 either use lobby1 lift or starts to walk up to G. But lobby 1 lift can access every floor without access card. Meaning that every Tom dick and Harry can go wherever they wan

Only Lobby 1 lift?

I believe there are 3 lifts there and all of them need the guest to tap access card on the panel to reach your designated floor. Correct me if I'm wrong.

There is another lift which is for heavy load workers located at the end of each floor. Yes, no access card needed for each floor but one has to tap the entrance door from the carpark before can access the lift

RM772/sqf per unit is one of the most expensive in the area. Other condos fetch much lesser price tag
