QUOTE(ix3Rukia @ Oct 4 2011, 08:47 PM) Hi all. Just bought a rabbit today named bunneh. Will upload pictures soon. hey.. the triangle toilet too big for your cage? meaning ur cage is not big enough for the rabbit.. rabbit need minimum 2ft x1.5ft cage and it has to be high enough for the rabbit to stand on it's hind legs.. the cheapest rabbit cage is around RM50 then u put the toilet mats on the flooring to prevent sore hocks..She's always very sleepy and wont struggle. Is she okay o_o? She's still very small , i think the pet shop cheat me on the age.. Said about 2 months. I'm feeding it hagen pellets and alfafa hay right now. The pet shop auntie said not to give it veggies on the first day. Pet shop said that its a normal rabbit , but its more fluffier than usual. Dark grey coloured. Bought a toy with bell inside for her. The cage i used actually i used to keep my big family of hamsters when female gave birth , it is about 6times bigger than my rabbit. Once when she gets used to surrounding im planning to open the door of the cage for her to walk in or out whenever. Is it okay? Can i feed it kang kung? Wondering how to toilet train the bunny . Went to scott garden pet shop @ old klang road and found litter box but its kinda big for my cage. Wondering if bunny will go in cage and do her business there only if possible. ( My friend bunny was like that ) Oh yeah i stay in an apartment. I saw some leash for bunnies in a pet shop. Do u think i shud buy it to bring my bunneh for a 'walk' every evening downstairs? fluffy cos it still has it's baby fur.. i disagree with leash for rabbits as they are not meant to take for walks..we just allow roaming time in the house of fenced up area with play pens.. my rabbit it well toilet trained and behaves well so she is mostly free roaming in my apartment living room..I just leave the cage door open for her to hop in and do her toilet business. list of vegys i'm sure u can see in the first page or googled it.. feed plenty of hay.. a rabbits digestive system has a natural flora where we call good bacteria that that helps it's digestive system.. if u simply give antibiotics it might disruspt the balance and makes the condition worse and rabbits are highly dependednt on the bacteria in their stomach and gut.. so doont simply give medication to rabbits.. consult a vet.. eat more hay and reduce wet foods like fresh vegetable.. try giving the oxbow critical care if ur rabbit is not eating
